The Buxton Camp is situation at the North end of Gore Bay, just over the Buxton Stream bridge when you’re coming into Gore Bay via Cheviot. Surrounded by Pohutukawa trees & beach frontage.

Offering 10 large powered sites and 8 non powered sites.

These sites are perfect for large groups with plenty of room in the middle for kids to play cricket or socialising.

Direct access to the beach.

Toilets & free 4 minute hot showers.

Basic kitchen / kiosk building includes a picnic table, large kitchen bench with sink, kettle & toaster.

Just next to the camp is the Buxton Playground reserve with swings, slides, table tennis, picnic tables,...

500m down the road you will find the community tennis courts, accessible any time $2 for 30 minutes.

Powered site - single: $30

Non-powered site - 2 people: $35

Non-powered site - single: $25

Extra adult: $10

Extra child 5-15 years old: $5
