Situated in central Gore Bay, 8km/7 minutes drive from Cheviot village or 10 minutes drive if you turn off SH1 from Domett through the scenic route.

Offering 25 powered sites & 1 non powered site

Direct access to the beach,

Toilets & free 4 minute hot showers,

Basic kitchen includes 3 sinks, zip for hot water, cook top, kettle & toaster, a few plates, mugs,

pots & pans, fridge/freezer

Token operated laundry & tub $3 per load.

Outside wetsuit shower.

HILLSIDE CAMP

Situated across the road from the Main camp

Offering: 5 powered sites & 7 non powered sites.

These sites are perfect for large tents & tenting groups. Small vans, roof top tents & anyone wanting to be surrounded by bush but close to the sea. It has a lovely secluded feel & is quite private.

Q is an extra large site on the southern boundary

Facilities are shared with the main camp.

Large spacious grassy area & beautiful birdsong.

DOG FRIENDLY AREA

Our dog friendly area, consisting of a large open grassy space with a large Ngaio tree. You will find this space behind the Caretakers buildings at the Main Camp. There is easy access to all the facilities through a small green gate.

Offering comfortable space for 3 powered sites & 3 non-powered sites. The plugs are found on the corner of the building.
